Portugal - Tuition includes:
- room and board at elegant Hotel Eden (4-Star) in Estoril
- breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant, ideally located near
the sea, with a splendid view over Cascais bay, known as the "Portuguese
Riviera", with glorious sunrises and spectacular sunsets. The train station
with excellent connection to Lisbon (every 20 min.) is at the doorstep of
the hotel, as it is the lovely sea promenade (along the sea front). You can
easily take the train in either direction; 1/2 hour one way takes you to the
centre of Lisbon and 3 minutes in the other direction takes you to the
tourist area of Cascais, or you can walk there in 10 min.).
- Three practices a day: daily morning running and stretching on the
beach ( there is a tunnel from the hotel to the beach. We do not have to

Spain - The program is run by Valencia F.C.
- Visit the Valencia F.C. stadium: pitch, locker rooms, trophy room, Fan shop, etc.
- City tour of Valencia.
- Full room & board. We'll be staying at a 4-Star hotel about 50 meters from
the beach on the Costa de Azahar (in a residential area of the city of
Castellon, a Valencian community).
- Castellón de la Plana is a historical city dating back to the medieval
times(13th century), full of unique places to visit: palaces, cathedrals
churches. The city also has many modern touristic attractions, such as The
Planetarium, which is the latest cultural addition to Castellon.
- All meals are all you can eat buffet style. GREAT FOOD! Mediterranean
cuisine! The coaching staff monitors each player's intake depending on their
fitness level and weight.
- Three practices per day; running and stretching on the Costa de Azahar, Am
& PM practices, friendly games & official games

Here is the schedule of a typical day (in all three countries; time is
